Botswana Telecommunications Corporation Selects Solutions within Kenan® FX Framework
Operator to Deploy Latest Versions of Kenan® /BP, Customer Center, CSG® Total Care and Data Mediation Solutions

LONDON (11/24/2003) Global customer care and billing solutions provider CSG Systems (NASDAQ: CSGS) today announced that Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC), the national exchange carrier in Botswana, has selected a number of solutions part of the recently- released Kenan® FX business framework to support billing, mediation and customer care needs across its subscriber base.

In a three-year software license deal, a team of CSG Professional Services consultants will deploy the latest version of CSG Kenan®/BP, which features a single data model for billing and ordering, ensuring that operators maintain a holistic view of their customers at every step in their relationship, from taking the order to billing for services.

Also as part of this strategic agreement with BTC, CSG also will dedicate consultants on-site to work with BTC for the next three years to provide the operator with the necessary support, best practices and knowledge surrounding the billing operations.

BTC has also selected Customer Center, CSG's new fully configurable customer care application that provides order management and customer care support in a single application integrated with billing. The solution can be easily configured to meet individual look-and-feel and screen workflow requirements, giving the operator control over how the application is used within existing business processes.

BTC will also use the CSG® Total Care solution, CSG's electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) and self-care offering. Driven by the need to provide customers with a more convenient way to pay bills, BTC will use the EBPP capabilities within CSG Total Care to allow end-users or authorized third-parties such as local government entities to manage their accounts and pay their bills through any browser-enabled device.

In addition, BTC will deploy CSG Data Mediation, the essential layer between a service provider's network and downstream systems designed to capture the data required to bill for services. These solutions are all part of Kenan FX, a new offering that combines CSG's strongest existing and acquired applications with new products and features in a single, easily integrated customer care and billing framework.
